Concept and essence of the state coercion having preventive and re-socializing nature

Article is dedicated to the theoretical- lawful analysis of the measures of the state coercion of the preventive nature in criminal law. Is examined the essence of this criminal- lawful institute, the order of its realization, the separate measures for the preventive and action in the attitude of those, who completed that forbidden by criminal law publicly dangerous act.
