The definition and essence of legal position of the lawyer in civil case

Purpose: To study the definition and essence of the legal position of the lawyer in civil case. Methodology: Formal legal method, a comparative analysis method. Results: In the following paper the definition and essence of the legal position of the lawyer in civil case are considered. The article proposes the separation of the main elements of the essence of the legal position in civil case, as well as the definition of the concept of the legal position in the civil case on the basis of the selected elements of the essence of the legal position in civil case. Novelty/originality/value: The subject considered in the article is significant and important for understanding the essence of the legal position in civil case. The separation of the main elements of the essence of the legal position in civil case allows us better understand purpose and methodology of legal assistance by a lawyer in a civil case.
