Conception and matter of the structured financial products

The article is concerned with definition and matter of the structured financial products. The research objective is to develop a conceptual construct in the area of transfer and regulation of the structured financial products market. The author studies existing variants of the structured financial product definitions, spells out their limitations and advantages, develops an original definition and structured financial products' functions. The research results represented in the article may be implemented by the commercial banks managers and regulating authorities.
