Concept and types of state ownership of land, and its differentiation

The article reveals the concept and meaning of state ownership of land. The historical formation of state property on the example of the Soviet period is given. Special attention was paid to its types, fixed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The differentiation of land ownership is highlighted and briefly described.
