The concept of the quality of legal aid in the lawyer's AC

The article explores the concept of the quality of legal assistance in advocacy; the relevance of the study is due both to the problem of improving the quality of legal assistance in law practice and the trends in the legal regulation of the legal profession in the Russian Federation; examines the state, service, corporate and public approaches in the appointment of entities that are competent to determine, set the criteria and parameters of the quality of legal assistance in the activities of a lawyer; A meaningful analysis is performed comparing, comparing the considered approaches; As a result of the study, an optimal approach was proposed for determining the content of the quality of legal assistance in the activities of a lawyer - institutional identity, namely: the internal corporate process of developing criteria and quality standards for legal assistance in the activities of a lawyer, the procedure for changing them, adding to the regular feedback with the society; determined the direction of improving the quality of legal assistance in the form of a standard for the activities of a lawyer in civil proceedings on the basis of formalized rules for the activities of a lawyer and his feedback with the addressee of the legal aid principal.
