Currently, any organization is a complex organism, the basis of life potential of which is corporate culture: for the sake of what people became members of this company; how are the relations between them, what stable norms and principles of life in the organization’s activities they share; that, in their opinion, good and bad; what is usually referred to values and norms. Culture not only distinguishes one organisation from other, but also determines the success of its operation in the future.
