Concept of neocults and a version of their classification

The article considers the correlation of categories “traditional religion” and “non-traditional religion”, “sect” and “cult” in native and foreign editions, and throws light on the distinguishing features of a totalitarian sect, destructive cult, non-traditional cult, consolidates the concept of “neocult”, suggests the broadened version of neocults classification.
