The concept of a security in the Republic of Bulgaria

the article is aimed at presenting the securities in the Republic of Bulgaria with their character and nature. There is a differentiation made between the concepts “securities” and “security papers”. The separate functions of a security are indicated. Securities are first reviewed as a document, while describing various opinions about the nature of the document, and then as a bearer of rights, which it can materialize.
