The concept of the right to judicial protection

The right to judicial protection is a guarantee given by the state to everybody to provide through the judicial system restoration of rights violated by decisions or actions (or inactivity) of other physical or legal persons, state bodies, local governments, public authorities or officials (art. 52 of the Constitution of Russian Federation).
