The concept of entrepreneurial liabilities of a constituent entity of the public sector of the economy

In the article the author considers the concept of entrepreneurial obligation of the subject of the public sector of the economy. It also raises the question of whether, in addition to the existing General provisions on contracts, transactions and obligations and regulated (named) types (types) of civil law contracts in the civil code, rules should be established with the participation of public sector entities.
