Concept, features and legal forms of legal entities as participants in criminal procedural relations (comparative legal analysis under the laws of Russia and Vietnam)

Currently there are substantial increases of social relations, which lead to intense tempo of modern living, as well as development of social interactions. One of the active party of such relations is a legal entity. Typically, the legal body has sophisticated history of evolution. Today, legal entities as a subject that holds the respective rights and obligations, enter into various social relations, including criminal procedure. The article deals with the concept and form of a legal entity under the laws of the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as well as its features, in the presence of which the organization acquires the status of a legal entity.
