The concept of a system of representative bodies of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the question of the presence or absence of a system of representative bodies of power in the Russian Federation. The analysis of the concept of "representative body" is presented. The structure and powers of the federal and regional levels of representative authorities are considered.
