The concept, content and features of constitutionalization of the human right to freedom and personal security in Russia

The article discusses the concept and content of the right to freedom and personal security and its constitutionalization in the basic law of the Russian State at different stages of its development. The author having analyzed different points of view of Russian and foreign scientists on this issue comes to the conclusion that the right to freedom and personal security is one of the most important human rights, because without its realization it is impossible to speak of other human rights.
