The concept, content, methodology and tasks of criminalistic prevention of crimes

Introduction: in this publication, the authors continued to consider problems relevant to modern criminalistics and related to the problems of criminalistic prevention. Materials and methods: the study of the concept and content, as well as the methodology of criminalistic prevention is based on traditional and modern developments of the problem in criminalistics, the study was conducted in accordance with the forensic analysis methods of issues. Results: the authors presented their vision of the concept and content of criminalistic prevention, as well as the methodology used by it. Summary and conclusions: on the basis of the conducted publication consideration of the issues of criminalistic prevention, conclusions have been made about the special theoretical significance of the correct definition of the concept, content and methodology for the practical formulation of tasks in solving the issues of crime prevention.
