The concept of the swap contract and its types

The article examines issues related to the definition of the concept of «swap contract». The author classifies the swap contracts, and based on the results of the analysis of the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract, proposes the formulation of the concept «swap contract». Concludes that the legal category of «swap contract» from the point of view of civil law is collective.
