The concept of management as a sphere of administrative law enforcement

The article considers the 'management' concept in the context of specific features of administrative law enforcement. The author reviews purposes, subjects, objects, content and principles of the public administration. The special attention is paid to interrelation of such administrative and legal categories as 'public administration' and 'executive power'. It is concluded that the management is the key mechanism of the administrative law enforcement.
