The concept of war in the value system of the modern society

One of the most important tools to influence the behavior of people is the value system. By transmitting the value system the society executes a non-violent impact on individuals, especially the youth, suppressing deviant, delinquent and criminal forms of behavior. The war as a phenomenon of the modern society not only disagrees with the contemporary society values, but also complies with some of them. Basing upon the achievements of the modern theorists conceptualizing the problem of social destructiveness, the article presents an axiological analysis of the social reality.
