Concepts of «family member» and «former family member» in civil, family and housing legislation

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concepts «family member» and «former family member» in modern civil, family and housing legislation. The problem of the absence of legal definitions of these concepts, as well as the lack of criteria and signs that allow to relate citizens to these categories is highlighted. The article indicates the presence of some contradictions in housing and family law and a possible way to resolve them.
