Procedure and process for the implementation of national projects in the FEFD

In the subjects of the Russian Federation, regional projects are the instruments for the implementation of national and federal projects. The number of regional projects being implemented is determined taking into account the decomposition of federal target results and indicators at the regional level, the possibility of implementation in accordance with regional authorities. Due to the huge differences between the regions in terms of the main natural-geographical and socio-economic characteristics, significant discrepancies are inevitable in the target indicators of national projects in their regional context, as well as in the financial resources that the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in the order of co-financing, are able to attract for the implementation of regional projects of the corresponding profile.
