The procedure for entering the civil service in the court staff

The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of joining the civil service in the court staff. The analysis of judicial practice on disputes related to admission to public service is carried out, the main problems are investigated and ways of their solution are proposed. Special attention is paid to the foreign experience of organizing the procedure for joining the judicial authorities. Based on the conducted research, proposals are formulated to improve the current legislation and law enforcement practice.
