Procedure for providing land for construction

This article describes the concept of providing land for construction. The procedure of its provision is described on the legislative basis. The main actions that need to be performed to obtain a land plot are considered. The requirements to the sites are marked. One of the main problems of formation of investment programs in the cities and in rural settlements with regards to land plots is specified.
