Procedure of receiving and keeping of the cash assets by the social insurance bodies in the USSR (1922-1933)

The article deals with the cooperation mechanism between the social insurance bodies and financial authorities performing receiving and keeping of the cash assets. Basing upon the undertaken study the author emphasizes the conflict aspects of the joint ventures of the mentioned structures in the context of their impact on the development of the social insurance system.
