Making accountable procedure for non-payment of administrative fines imposed by Traffic Police officials: problems of law enforcement

The article deals with topical issues related to improving the mechanism of administrative responsibility for non-payment of administrative fines with regard to ensuring the participation of the person against whom the proceedings are conducted on an administrative offense, the solution of these questions allows to achieve the goal of an administrative penalty in the implementation of administrative activity by the Traffic Police officials of MIA.
