Order of auction for the right to contract, enabling it to transfer rights in relation to state or municipal property

The paper analyzes the changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation for the Protection of Competition and the privatization of state and municipal property in the part of contracting, Litigation actions (inaction) of the organizer of trading, commissions in the bidding to the antimonopoly body. The changes made by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Rules of tenders or auctions for the right to lease, free use, property management, and other instruments that provide for the transfer of rights of state or municipal property.
