Portrait of modern family and characteristics of grandparaents in TV advertising

The article analyzes the reflection of the image of the modern Russian family in the TV commercials. Author determines the TV commercials in terms of forming and reflecting public opinion about the institution of the family. The results of the content analysis of the TV commercials of the most popular Russian TV channels are described. A portrait of a modern Russian family in advertising was revealed. A comparative analysis of the obtained portrait of the family (according to the number of parents and children) with the received portrait was made. The phenomenon and specificity of grandparents in commercials is considered.
