Habitation structure at city outskirts: the strategy of house building

In the article, on the example of the Vologda district, some conceptual provisions of the strategy in the field of housing construction and concrete measures for its implementation are substantiated. The main approaches and a number of conclusions can be used to solve similar problems in other municipalities.
