The president's state of the nation address in the spirit of the sources of law category

The issue of the president's address perception as one of the sources of law remains debatable in the legal science. The analysis of the theoretical and methodological research on the problem of the source's of law conceptual framework favours the point of view according to which the President's of the Russian Federation Address has a more direct than mediated relation to the sources of law. Conceptual investigations of the source of law term possess a long-term historical experience. Today there exists a serious methodological basis promoting deep and large-scale investigation of the sources of law. The article views using the extrapolation method the conceptions, out of the many ones created by the Russian scientists, that are closer to the perception of state of the nation addresses of the Russian president as a constituent part of sources of law.
