The article presents the results of a review of the literature on complications of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy. Based on the analysis, the main groups of complications of surgery are formed, the frequency of their occurrence and ranking by severity are given. The factors influencing the frequency of complications and repeated hospitalizations are considered separately. According to the results, a number of conclusions were made: in the perioperative period, complications of mild severity predominate; the most frequent intraoperative complication is damage to internal organs; intraoperative blood loss rarely exceeded 300 ml; the most common causes of repeated hospitalizations are infectious complications and lymphocele.
