Postmodernism as a philosophical context of creativity research

The article deals with the problem of creativity within the framework of postmodernism. It is noted that development of the post-non-classical sample of postmodern culture generates a new sociocultural reality as the contextual basis for creativity and conceptualization of creativity. This leads to the transformation of creative practices and the sociocultural context determines an ontological model of the object of philosophical interpretation in the holistic comprehension of creativity. As a methodological basis we used the methods of analysis, comparison, contextual vision of creativity, as well as the principles of sociocultural approach. It is concluded that postmodernism as a methodological background of non-classical philosophical paradigms of creativity forms the specifics of creativity, implement the methodology of deconstruction and interpretation, contextual methodology.
