Post-processing MSCT from the position of "Glenoid tracing" with bipolar bone injuries of the shoulder joint with clinical manifestations of chronic joint instability

The postprocessing of MSCT images for bipolar bone injuries of the shoulder joint in patients with clinical manifestations of instability, including after sports trauma, has described. Optimal 2D, MPR and 3D projections of the glenoids and heads of the humerus has shown for the quantitative determination of Bankart and Hill-Sachs defects. In accordance with the concept of "Glenoid Tracking", clinical examples of the calculation of "Glenoid Track" and conclusions with the definition of "HS on track lesion", "HS off track lesion" are given.
