Methods of developing an organization’s financial strategy

The article examines modern methods of developing an enterprise's financial strategy. A systematic analysis of traditional and innovative approaches to strategic financial planning, including quantitative models, scenario analysis and artificial intelligence methods, is carried out. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of applying various techniques in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. Based on a comparative analysis, a classification of methods for developing a financial strategy according to criteria of complexity, accuracy and adaptability is proposed.
