Design of operative research classification system: status and prospects

The article considers different points of view on classifying operative research cases in operative research science. The author's approach to design classification system of operative research cases is justified. Three basic types of operative research cases are identified: organizational administrative, organizational tactical and operative tactical. The concept of artificially constructed cases is described.
