Building a system of internal control in the organization

In this article conducted research of problems of organization of the internal control system, as well as the essence of the construction of the system of internal control. The internal control system is closely linked to the management of the organization, in particular with risk management. To create such a system, it is necessary to calculate the economic effect so that the costs of its creation do not exceed the losses on risks that the internal control system will reduce. Effective management in Russian companies depends on the correct setting of goals for identifying risks.
