Building a social state in the realities of Uzbekistan

Today, the systemic reforms carried out in Uzbekistan, the legal and ideological principle of “Uzbekistan is a social state”, embedded in the new edition of the Constitution, have become an important historical step for development. Based on this, this scientific article analyzes the political, regulatory, moral and ideological foundations of the concept of a social state and its role in the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan.
