Post-traumatic stress disorder of a police officer’s personality: in the context of foreign thought (part 2)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the negative impact on the personality of a police officer of a number of factors directly related to the manifestation of post-traumatic stress disorder. Revealing the main signs of the noted impact, the author appeals to some conclusions of foreign scientific thought, individual provisions and conclusions of which will allow specialists of the psychological service to more specifically carry out their professional activities when working with the personnel of the national police of the Republic of Ecuador, while encouraging employees of this law enforcement agency to timely receive the necessary psychological and psychiatric assistance.
