The postulate of universal constants unity of ecological stability

The article describes the fundamental constants for solving complex problems of ecological safety and stability in the system "Human-Nature". Our world is a unified system of interacting physical, biological and other structures, an illustration of integrity, order and harmony. Uncontrolled and irresponsible nature pollution by anthropogenic emissions conditions the necessity of postulation environmental safety logically initial position (or decrease of environmental hazards) as the unity and inviolability of physical constants integrity. The most important distinctinction of people from animals is the ability of the last to think and estimate the surrounding reality. The behavior of people, efficiency of the tasks solved by them, certainly, depends on the extent consistent with their understanding of reality, correct assessment of the situation in which they should work and apply their knowledge.
