In a rapidly changing environment, information and communication technologies become a condition for creating business value, consistent with the synergy of intra-organizational factors. Therefore, the existing corporate culture should actively encourage the introduction of new corporate culture attributes that contribute to the effective digitalization of business. The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of digital corporate culture and assessment of the potential for its development in modern companies. The article also discusses the advantages of developing a digital corporate culture, its basic principles, functions, and approaches to transforming traditional corporate culture into a digital one.
