The article examines the possibility of using the concept of 4S in commercial cultural institutions. A comparison of 4P and 4C concepts is made, the main aspects of marketing struggle for customer loyalty are revealed. The principles of operation of shopping centers and the use of components of the concept are considered, the priorities of the Garage Museum with its visitors are described.
