Synergy potential in the innovation environment formation at the regional level

The article is presented the regional networking mechanism of strategic partnership, based on the principles of synergetic management, suggested as the foundation for the innovation environment formation. The coordination body establishment, which would implemented the improving of regional recruitment policy with its normative base, directing to integration of branch ministries and institutions of professional education and training as well as the labor market with the corresponding strategic priorities of socio-economic development of the region in the medium-term and long-term perspective provides for within the frameworks of organizationalinfrastructural element of the mechanism.
