Potential of the return migration to Russia from the CIS and Baltic countries

The article addresses the problems of implementation of the State Programme for promotion of our countrymen's return to Russia. It gives estimates of the prospective return migration potential and considers conditions for its realization. The authors propose a series of measures aimed at improvement of the migration policy relative to return migration.
