Potestarity as a criterion of the conception efficiency assessment

The article deals with conception analysis as a methodological category. Basing upon conceptions popular in the Republic the author shows their strong and weak points. In this regard he considers a question of conception efficiency assessment criteria. As the most appropriate criterion of the conception’s methodological relevance determination the author suggests potestarity. A term, borrowed from the psychology, is interpreted as a capability and possibility of the conception to gain power by multiplying effectiveness of the efforts.
