One of the priority areas for the development of the country’s economic security is to ensure its food independence. Currently, more and more attention is being paid to the development of new ways to increase labor productivity in agriculture, as well as the efficiency of the agricultural business in general. On the territory of the country there are a large number of rural areas, among which there are both actively developing and in need of significant support not only from the state, but also from interested teams. Association in cooperation allows to ensure stable competitiveness in the market of goods and services. Inevitably, the question of interest in the application of new methods, technologies and nanotechnological products of the agricultural sector of the economy is relevant. At the same time, the speed of implementation should be comparable to the competition and the justification of all interested members - participants. Despite the active support for the formation of various cooperatives, including agricultural ones, there are difficulties that arise in the process of activity. So, for the payment of loans and borrowings it is impossible to withdraw a number of fixed assets and intangible assets. This has led to a reduction in the possibility of obtaining a loan to carry out activities in credit institutions.
