Consumer extremism in the sphere of shared construction

Purpose: The aim of this study is the consideration of article 10 of the Law № 214-FZ «Liability for breach of obligations under the Treaty». Methodology: This author used formal legal method. Results: The author proposes to Supplement the current Law on share construction of a position to refuse to protect the rights of individuals abusing their rights. Novelty/originality/value: The Relevance of the chosen topic stems from the fact that the problem of unfair behaviour of participants of shared construction is not only connected with the improper fulfillment of obligations by the parties of contractual relations, but also the facts of abuse of rights on the part of customers.
