The article addresses complications of surgical stage of dental implants placement in the lower jaw in 22 patients. First time electrophysiological tests have been used to diagnose the extent of damage to the inferior alveolar nerve. A comparative analysis of modern methods of radiation diagnosis of dental implantation complications has been done.
