Increasing construction safety by improving labor safety training (in the process of implementation of major investment construction projects)

An analysis of the causes of injuries in construction organizations performing work on the implementation of large investment construction projects shows that the lack of competencies ofworkers is a factor determining the likelihood of a risk event in the field of safety and labor protection, which is expressed in the commission by employees of construction organizations dangerous actions, creation by managers and engineering and technical workers of construction organizations of dangerous conditions for the production of work. The article presents the results ofwork on training and maintaining the necessary qualifications of employees of construction organizations at construction sites in the process of implementing large investment construction projects.
