Increasing the efficiency of an oil and gas enterprise through the logistics of flow processes

Improving the efficiency of an oil and gas enterprise through the logistics of flow processes is of high relevance due to the growing requirements for sustainable development and economic efficiency of oil and gas production. In this article, the main problems of managing flow processes at oil and gas enterprises and methods for solving them with the help of logistics were considered. Examples of successful practical implementation of the logistics of flow processes at the oil and gas enterprises of PJSC «Gazprom» were given.
