Improving the efficiency of customs authorities through the use of information technology

The article discusses the improvement of the efficiency of customs authorities through the introduction of information technologies in the period from 2020 to 2022, and their impact on the activities of customs authorities. Global informatization makes it necessary to improve the activities of customs authorities, as well as increase the efficiency of customs administration through the introduction of modern information technologies. Full automation of customs operations should be a priority in the organization of the activities of the Federal Customs Service of Russia. And, based on the analysis of the data of the Federal Customs Service of Russia and the opinion of experts in the field of customs affairs, ways to improve the efficiency of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation are proposed.
