Improving the efficiency of the functioning of Russian international transport corridors

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the efficiency of international transport corridors (ITCs) passing through the territory of Russia. The article provides specific methods and recommendations for improving the efficiency of ITCs. The issues associated with the underdevelopment of the network structure of Russian ITC sections, as well as problems of external competition, are described. The article proposes a number of measures to improve infrastructure, optimize logistics processes, develop "dry ports", increase speed and safety of transportation on highways, and more.
