Improving the efficiency and quality of life for example, the housing and utilities sector from theory to practice

This article considers the problems of improving the efficiency of operation of housing and communal services and improvement of quality of life of the population in the region. Analyzing the data of human development in the Russian Federation and in the regions of the Russian Federation, identified the factors influencing the quality of life of the population. Based on the methods formulated the proposal for increase of efficiency of interaction of organizations serving the apartment building. But in the same way proposed the idea of monitoring the conduct of annual public reporting for effective interaction between «population - management companies - housing and public utilities providers».
