Improving the efficiency of the use of human resources in housing and communal services

Resume: This article examines the increase in the efficiency of the use of human resources in the system of housing and communal services and the ways of solutions to reduce the rate of growth of costs. Cadres create and set in motion the means of production, and also constantly improve them. The effectiveness of the activities of organizations and enterprises in the housing sector depends on the qualifications of the working staff, their professional training, knowledge and skills. The article describes in detail the results of monitoring the labor market in the housing and communal services of Russia for 2019-2020, which are given in the preparation of the report on professional qualifications in the housing and communal services.
